We also confirm that the hold is free of any remnants from previous cargo, ensuring a clean and safe environment for your goods.

Our loading and discharge inspections provide you with continuous and direct updates, allowing for informed decision-making throughout the process. – Minimize risks, enhance transparancy, and ensure confidence with our inspection services for overseeing agricultural commodities during loading and unloading operations.
  4. Draft Displacement Surveys: We conduct draft surveys to determine the weight of cargo loaded or discharged from a vessel. This involves measuring the vessel’s displacement before and after loading or unloading the cargo, and calculating the difference to determine the accurate weight of the cargo. This service ensures precise documentation of cargo weight, providing transparency and accountability for both the shipper and receiver.
  5. On/Off Hire Condition & Bunker Surveys:
    • On/Off Hire Condition Survey: We conduct these surveys when a vessel is being chartered or returned from a charter. The purpose is to document the vessel’s condition at the start and end of the charter period, including a thorough inspection of the vessel’s structure, machinery, equipment, and overall seaworthiness. This service protects both the vessel owner and the charterer from disputes over the vessel’s condition during the charter.
    • Bunker Survey: We carry out bunker surveys to determine the amount of fuel on board a vessel at the time of on-hire or off-hire. This involves measuring the fuel in all of the vessel’s tanks, ensuring an accurate record of fuel quantities. This service is crucial for calculating fuel consumption and ensuring fair dealings between the vessel owner and the charterer.
